At Transferholic, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To accommodate our customers, we offer a flexible cancellation policy designed to provide peace of mind and convenience.
Free Cancellation
Free Cancellation Up to 24 Hours Before Transfer: You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before Transfer
Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before Transfer: If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount will apply. This fee covers administrative costs and the reserved service slot.
No-Show Policy
Definition of No-Show: A no-show occurs when the customer does not arrive at the designated pick-up location within the agreed time, and no prior notification is given to Transferholic.
No-Show After Flight Arrival: If you do not show up for your transfer within 60 minutes of your flight landing without contacting us to inform us of any delays or issues, the booking will be marked as a no-show. In this case, no refunds will be provided.
Additional Terms
Flight Delays: We monitor flight arrivals to ensure timely pick-up. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust accordingly. However, please inform us of significant delays to avoid any inconvenience.
Modifications to Bookings: Changes to your booking can be made up to 24 hours before the transfer time without incurring any additional fees. For modifications less than 24 hours before the transfer, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
